The Western Collection was inspired by Trace Henningsen's childhood growing up in the  beautiful state of Montana. The sustainable denim collection was an effort to combat the resource intensive process of producing denim. Being from the Wild West, it is the one place that Trace looks to for inspiration and to stay grounded. Being eco cautious is important to Trace as mother nature has played a big part in her everyday life. The samples were made from an old pair of jeans of her fathers and from there the whole collection was inspired while the names of the accessories was inspired by the song LA woman by The Doors.
